Too bad you can't just buy the dvd since I already have the sculpting stick from the The Firm.But I love Tanja's videos, so I had to buy this one. I have to say, the workout is not as challenging as her other workouts, but still nothing can beat her upbeat style and the beautiful scenery the workout is filmed in.
There are different workouts on the dvd, lower body, upper body, cardio and abs, which can be done separately, all together or in any combination you chose from the menu.
