STOTT PILATES: Jumpboard Interval Training Review

STOTT PILATES: Jumpboard Interval TrainingI own many Stott DVD's. Of these, this one is one of the best.
The workout, done correctly, is awesome.

My main beef with Stott Pro series is that of the hundred plus minutes on each DVD, the workout itself is only 30-40 min. the rest is mostly about how great Stott is and what else we should buy... (Which is why this DVD only gets 4 stars)
